My stay at Alyon Hotel Taksim had its ups and downs. The location was truly really good, being just steps away from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, which made exploring the city easy. However, there were major cleanliness issues and the maintenance of the room left a lot to be desired, including a malfunctioning fridge and signs of mold. Although the staff were friendly and polite, they seemed overwhelmed and under-resourced, which likely contributed to the challenges I encountered.
